SO ICEOLATED!

Polar Bear Plunge Day – 1st January

This is a day when crazy people jump into crazily cold water just so they can say they did it.

The Polar Bear Plunge, where participants jump into a cold water body, is an activity usually held in the Northern Hemisphere.

It is a popular New Year's Day tradition in the  UK, USA, Canada and Netherlands.

In these countries, many people organise and participate in a Polar Bear Plunge normally for charity.

How to Polar Bear Plunge

If you are brave enough to participate, just find a pond, lake, the sea or just fill up your bath with freezing cold water and take a plunge.
